At Tiny Steps Baby Club, we are 100% committed to protecting the privacy and security of our Baby Club Members.

We will always carefully look after the personal information our members share with us. Tiny Steps Baby Club collects personal data that allows us to provide a bespoke service to our members and we think it’s really important that we help you understand more about the personal information we collect, how we use it, and how you have full control over it.

The Tiny Steps Baby Club follows The Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 framework for data protection law in the UK.  This act works alongside the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and is our reference for protecting your privacy in the UK&I.  This Privacy Policy explains how we meet our commitments to you under these legislations.

Tiny Steps Baby Club will not sell your personal information to any of our Partners unless you have specifically provided us with the authorisation to do so.

Other Baby Membership Club

We work with other Baby Membership Clubs and offer you the option to join some of these clubs when you first register with our Baby Club. This is optional for you and should you decide to join any of these other Baby Membership Clubs, your personal information will always be shared with them in accordance with this Privacy Policy and subject to your full acceptance of the relevant Membership Club’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you decide to join any of these Baby Membership Clubs the respective Baby Membership Club will also become a data controller of your personal information and your relationship with them will be governed by their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

In the event that we need to work with Baby Club related service providers and share your personal data with these providers we will always ask for your consent to do so before any personal data is shared.

When you sign-up for the Tiny Steps Baby Club you will be asked to tell us which communications you would like to receive. If you decide, we may, on behalf of other companies with whom we have trusted relationship, send you information about their products and services that we think you will be interested in. A personalised weekly email series on how your baby will grow and develop over the three trimesters from conception to birth. We also include other useful parenting articles in these weekly correspondences.

Tiny Steps baby Club Offers

We work with Brands to provide our members with all the latest offers deals relating to babies, toddlers and parents.

Tiny Steps Products

We will notify our members when new products appear in our store, depending on their preferences when signing up to the Bay Club.

Tiny Steps Partner promotions

We will include within our emails offers & promotions on behalf of our carefully selected Baby Club partners.

If you have opted to sign up for our partner Baby Clubs you may receive freebies and other pregnancy-related Baby Club related welcome packs via the post.

How can I see and update my information?

You can view, amend and/or delete all personal information provided to Tiny Steps Baby Club at any time by logging into our website and editing your Profile.

What happens if I change my mind?

It is very easy and straightforward for you to unsubscribe and we will anonymise all of your personal data.

You can click the unsubscribe option at the bottom of any email or you can unsubscribe by logging into the Tiny Steps Baby Website and edit your profile. If you have opted to join an additional Baby Club Memberships during our registration process your details will have been shared with that Membership Club and you will need to unsubscribe separately from each Baby Membership Club from their websites/email correspondence.

How long do we hold your data?

We are a pregnancy and parenting Baby Club that provides information about products and services relevant to pregnant women and women with children up to the age of five and will therefore retain and process your information until your child reaches the age of 5.

When your youngest child reaches the age of five, we will anonymise all personal data we hold on you and your family members.


The security of your personal information is very important to us, and we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information.  We cannot guarantee the security of any personal information you disclose online and any transmission of your personal information is at your own risk.
